  1. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals

  2. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately

  3. Work independently as well as cooperatively with team leaders to meet deadlines

  4. Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities

  5. Develop concepts with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout

  6. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials

What will prepare you for success as a Sales Manager?
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in selling BPO services and IT Sales
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Ideal candidates will have had previous B2B sales experience
Qualified candidates must have a successful sales track record and be comfortable with cold-calling
Candidates will ideally have had exposure to the outsourcing industry
Experience in customer relationship management.

Should have worked with various Industries: Enterprise, Banking, Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Venture Funded & Startups.
Consistently achieved strong record of developing new business and strengthening customer relationships with advance knowledge of Mobile Application and Web Development, Ecommerce Solutions and other Custom Software Solutions
